Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead to act as the technical authority across project delivery. You will design and implement scalable Microsoft business applications, balancing architectural rigor with hands-on coding and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

Lead solution design, build and delivery across varying Power Platform and D365(CE) projects.
Own technical quality, standards and deliverables.
Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.
Work directly with customers to refine requirements.
Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches.
Mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
7+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
StrongModelDriven App, Canvas App,Custom Pages,Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse.
Experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Insights.
Front end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, LiquidTemplate.
Strong server-side development with C#/.Net.
Experience using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs.
Integration with REST APIs/custom connectors.
Azure Integration with Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
ALM and CI/CD, Azure DevOps + Agile Practices.
Non-Functional Requirements understanding.
Strong customer-facing skills.
Relevant MS Certifications.
