Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead to act as the technical authority across project delivery. You will design and implement scalable Microsoft business applications, balancing architectural rigor with hands-on coding and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Lead solution design, build and delivery across varying Power Platform and D365(CE) projects.
• Own technical quality, standards and deliverables.
• Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.
• Work directly with customers to refine requirements.
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches.
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
• 7+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• StrongModelDriven App, Canvas App,Custom Pages,Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Insights.
• Front end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, LiquidTemplate.
• Strong server-side development with C#/.Net.
• Experience using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs.
• Integration with REST APIs/custom connectors.
• Azure Integration with Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• ALM and CI/CD, Azure DevOps + Agile Practices.
• Non-Functional Requirements understanding.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Relevant MS Certifications.
