Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead development teams for enterprise-scale Power Platform and D365 CE projects. You will guide planning, design, estimation and delivery, ensuring robust, scalable solutions while working closely with customers.

The role requires extensive expertise across Power Platform, D365 modules, and Azure integration, with strong experience in ALM, CI/CD, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Architecture experience leading design and development of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with ALM.
• Customisation via Power Automate, .NET plugins, and JavaScript.
• Integration design and delivery using APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Azure Integration Services: REST/SOAP, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid.
• Microsoft stack: .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C# for plugins and integrations.
• Agile/DevOps with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog tracking.
• Non-functional requirements experience.
• Testing strategies for Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Customer engagement and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• SC clearance eligibility.
• Architecture modelling with Sparx EA, TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, estimation, development and implementation of Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Directly collaborate with customers and development teams to ensure scalable, robust outcomes.
• Drive architecture decisions, ALM strategies, and integration patterns across projects.
• Mentor teams on best practices and maintainability of enterprise solutions.
