Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead to act as the technical authority across project delivery, leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure Microsoft business applications and guiding development teams.

This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, staying current with Microsoft platform evolution and integrating APIs, ALM/DevOps, and Azure services to deliver robust, future‑proof solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Model-driven/Canvas apps, Dataverse and D365 CE modules

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, build and delivery across Power Platform and D365 (CE) projects
• Own technical quality, standards and deliverables
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches
