Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead teams on MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE projects. You will translate business needs into technical specs, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities include architecture design, dev leadership, integrations, and documentation, with training sessions and lifecycle management. Strong communication and SC clearance eligibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Architecture experience leading design and development of MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with ALM strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, Azure Logic Apps/Functions/Service Bus.
• Strong .NET/JavaScript/C# skills for plugins and integrations.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements and demonstrate them.
• Experience with testing strategies for Power Platform and D365.
• Excellent communication to liaise with customers to refine requirements.
• Eligible for UK SC clearance (5 years address history).
• Knowledge of TOGAF/ArchiMate or Sparx EA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Head development teams to implement scalable, robust solutions.
• Design integrations between MS platform and external systems via APIs or middleware.
• Create architecture diagrams and user guides and maintain docs.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for users and technical staff.
• Oversee lifecycle management of deployed solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement using Copilot and AI to maximise efficiency.
