Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to own hardware development from concept through validation, working with customers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver power electronic systems.

You will design analogue and power circuits, lead hardware projects, perform testing and validation, support PCB design and debug activities, and contribute to engineering best practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience designing and developing electronic hardware.
• Strong understanding of analogue electronics and power electronics.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and measurement equipment.
• Experience taking products through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analogue and power electronic circuits.
• Lead hardware development projects from concept through delivery.
• Perform simulation, testing and validation of electronic systems.
• Support PCB design, bring-up and debugging activities.
• Analyse measurement data and investigate technical issues.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
