Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking a Governance & Change Manager for the Core Portfolio to implement and continually improve governance and change processes across multiple projects in the UK. You will lead two core PMO capabilities—Governance and Change Management—working with Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk, PMO Reporting and digital teams to deliver portfolio insight.

The role reports to the Head of Core PMO and may require travel to different project locations across the UK.

Qualifications

15+ years in large-scale EPC energy projects or equivalent
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
Proven portfolio delivery experience with governance and change management

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance across Core Portfolio, ensuring frameworks and KPIs.
Direct Change Management activities, standards and templates across the portfolio.
Recruit, onboard and allocate Baseline & Change Managers to Core Portfolio projects.
Collaborate with PMO teams to improve governance insight and dashboard visibility.
Provide governance and change input to portfolio reporting and data models.
