Midland Heart is seeking an experienced Portfolio Office Manager to shape and govern our portfolio of change. You will establish the Portfolio Office, implement processes and reporting for organisation-wide visibility of priorities and investment, and drive effective decision making.

You will lead governance and assurance across initiatives, work with senior stakeholders and maintain a simple, proportionate portfolio framework that supports delivery without adding bureaucracy.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to establish or improve a Portfolio Office or comparable function.
• Experience embedding new governance and assurance processes for delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Portfolio Office and develop processes, standards and information for organisation-wide change.
• Maintain an integrated change roadmap and support decisions on priorities, investment, resources and capacity.
• Oversee change intake, governance and assurance to ensure initiatives are properly assessed and monitored.
• Analyse portfolio performance, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance and delivery teams to oversee budgets, forecasts and investment while monitoring benefits.
• Establish and embed simple, proportionate portfolio management processes that stakeholders understand and adopt.
