Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is hiring a Governance & Change Manager to lead governance and change across the Core Portfolio. Based in Cambuslang or Edinburgh Park, you will drive the mobilisation of two PMO capabilities and work with Planning, Cost, Risk, and Reporting teams to deliver portfolio insight.

You will bring 15+ years in large EPC energy projects, a degree in engineering or project management, and strong skills in governance, change management, and data-driven

Qualifications

• NEC4 contracts knowledge and governance reporting.
• Degree in Engineering or similar; or equivalent experience.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Power BI and data models.
• Experience in programme delivery within large infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance across Core Portfolio and ensure KPI compliance.
• Oversee Change Management processes and templates.
• Recruit, onboard, and allocate Baseline & Change Managers.
• Collaborate with PMO teams to ensure integrated data and reporting.
• Support portfolio-wide reporting with accurate governance data.
