Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) seeks a PMO Manager to lead a large, complex programme. You will establish standards and reporting to ensure delivery is well governed, transparent and outcome-focused.

You will provide PMO advice and support across the programme lifecycle, from business case through delivery and benefits realization. You will lead the PMO team, oversee planning and reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate funding and resources with finance and delivery

Formación

• Experience leading a PMO in a complex programme or portfolio.
• Strong grasp of programme controls, planning, governance and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.

• Lead the PMO function and develop its team, establishing standards and priorities.
• Establish and improve controls for plans, milestones, risks, issues and change.
• Maintain governance, prepare decision products and coordinate assurance.
