Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Senior Change Lead – PMO, Governance & Enablement to drive cross-functional change delivery across our UK offices. You’ll lead a unified centre of excellence, integrating PMO, portfolio data, standards and stakeholder engagement to support complex organisational change.

You’ll work with senior leaders to simplify processes, strengthen governance, and ensure delivery teams have the information and support they need.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Change, Transformation or Portfolio/PMO teams in large organisations.
Experience designing or improving a Change operating model across multi-delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of portfolio data, MI and insight for senior decision making.
Proven ability to simplify processes and improve delivery governance and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead the capability that creates the conditions for Change teams to deliver at their best, unifying PMO, data, standards and engagement.
Review portfolio demand and capacity with the PMO Manager and support leadership decisions with data insights.
Shape and evolve the operating model, strengthening governance and capability where it adds value.
Provide senior advisory input on priorities, decisions and interventions to enable effective change delivery.
