Nationwide is seeking a Senior Change Lead to join the PMO, Governance & Enablement team across Swindon, London and Bournemouth. You’ll unify portfolio management, PMO and governance into a single centre of excellence, enabling change at scale amid a complex, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Change, Transformation or Portfolio/PMO in large organisations.
• Experience designing or improving a Change operating model with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong portfolio data, MI and insight to inform senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO, portfolio data, standards and assurance to form a unified centre of excellence.
• Review portfolio demand and capacity; support leadership decisions with data.
• Shape operating model, governance and reporting for change delivery.
