Job summary

Encord is seeking a rockstar Product Marketing Manager to lead the messaging of the Encord Platform across use cases, verticals, and personas. You will own go-to-market content and collaborate with product, sales and growth teams to drive engagement and pipeline.

You will craft platform-level messaging, deliver sales enablement, and develop robust customer storytelling, balancing technical detail with market positioning for an enterprise audience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product marketing in an enterprise software company (preferably AI/startups).
• Excellent writing skills for succinct messaging to AI/ML engineers and executives.
• Deep understanding of Data and AI space and related platforms.
• Experience creating technical and business content for enterprise buyers.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, growth marketing, and product teams.
• PMM experience at early-stage AI startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging of Encord and platform-wide capabilities.
• Amplify platform-level messaging through the website and channels.
• Deliver sales enablement with high CSAT across field teams.
• Develop platform-specific messaging for campaigns and events to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Deliver customer stories highlighting Encord Platform capabilities and value.
• Collaborate with product & engineering to sharpen offerings based on feedback.
