TOPdesk seeks a Senior Platform Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, ICPs and the platform narrative as AI capabilities expand beyond ITSM into enterprise service management. You will partner with Product, Sales and the wider marketing team to translate insights into launches and campaigns, align enablement, analyst relations and customer storytelling, and drive consistency across the market.

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning positioning or narrative for a product or platform.
• Experience building or sharpening ICPs from evidence, not assumption.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain TOPdesk's overall product positioning and ICPs.
• Build a platform narrative that integrates ITSM, ESM and AI into one story.
• Partner with Product to translate innovation into market-ready positioning.
• Support quarterly launches to reinforce the platform story.
• Brief Sales, Customer Success and Analyst Relations to ensure consistent messaging.
• Validate positioning against win/loss data, customer conversations and analyst feedback.
