Job summary

Encord is hiring a Product Lead to own a meaningful slice of the product, spanning core platform experience and data curation layers. You will build and lead a team of Product Managers, setting direction and raising the bar on craft, while collaborating with Engineering, ML, Design, and Customer Success.

This high-autonomy role demands decisive leadership, guiding strategy through to customer outcomes and actively shaping Encord's enterprise go-to-market motion.

Qualifications

• Experience in product, ideally at a rapidly scaling startup.
• Experience mentoring other product managers or leading through others.
• Proven experience on B2B SaaS products sold to enterprise customers.
• You think in metrics and impact and align product decisions to business outcomes.
• Self-starter who makes independent decisions and thrives in ambiguity.
• Enjoys talking to customers and solving hard AI-related problems.
• Excellent communication for internal and external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across your areas, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, setting goals and accelerating growth.
• Set standard for product craft: discovery, prioritisation, specs and cadence.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, webinars and demos to translate pain into bets.
• Partner with Sales and CS to drive upsell and expansion with enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features at pace.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative product management culture as the team grows.
