Job summary

Cipher Search in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major UK infrastructure package. You will own scope, programme, cost and quality, and act as senior site representative in a tier-one delivery environment.

The role covers civils, structures and buildings with MEP and HV interfaces. You will build and guide delivery teams, drive procurement, oversee health and safety, and ensure handover on time, on budget and to standard. Chartered status is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Senior level delivery experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Extensive civils and construction background; rail experience desirable.
• Formal civil engineering qualification.
• Chartered status advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major infrastructure package on time, on budget, to standard.
• Resource and lead the delivery team; set objectives and program constraints.
• Direct design function and procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors to programme.
• Drive HSE compliance across the works and manage client expectations.
