Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection, in partnership with a growing UK construction and property consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Birmingham team and help develop its infrastructure capability. The successful candidate will manage infrastructure projects, lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders, delivering on time and to budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A strong project management background, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Experience managing projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle
• Good understanding of project controls, including programme, risk, change and reporting
• Experience working with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders
• Knowledge of NEC contracts would be highly beneficial
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider project team
• Professional accreditation, or progress towards accreditation, would be advantageous

We are working with a growing UK construction and property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to its Birmingham team, supporting the continued development of its infrastructure capability.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Project Manager with a background in highways or wider infrastructure who is looking for greater responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role within a growing consultancy.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful management and delivery of infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects through key stages of the project lifecycle
