Job summary

West London is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a substantial circa £30m heavy civil engineering project. You will coordinate planning, programming, and delivery, working with engineering, commercial and operations teams to ensure programme and client relationships are managed.

The role requires strong piling, drainage, earthworks and infrastructure experience, with the potential for longer-term leadership across the group.

• Drainage and infrastructure experience.
• Earthworks / ground engineering knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex civil engineering packages.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of the circa £30m project.
• Project planning and programming.
• Developing construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Managing major civil engineering work packages.
• Coordinating piling, drainage and infrastructure works.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Working closely with engineering and temporary works teams.
• Managing project interfaces and logistics.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Health, safety and environmental leadership.
• Monitoring programme, progress and key milestones.
• Working closely with the commercial team on cost and change.
• Risk identification and mitigation.
• Chairing project and progress meetings.
• Maintaining appropriate project reporting.
• Driving quality throughout delivery.
• Managing completion and handover.
