Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong M&E background to lead major commercial projects in Birmingham and the Midlands. You will oversee large-scale delivery, manage M&E packages, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires proven PM experience in construction, a deep understanding of programmes and budgets, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Project Manager/PM experience in construction.
• Strong M&E/building services background and delivery of large commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating large subcontractor teams and complex packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Manage M&E packages and coordinate with overall programme.
• Oversee programme, budget, quality and project performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Engage with client and stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks and commercial issues.
• Ensure safe delivery in line with standards and legislation.
• Drive meetings, reporting and progress updates.
• Lead commissioning, handover and close-out.
