Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a senior MEP leader to drive delivery of complex UK projects. You will own the MEP strategy, lead both mechanical and electrical teams, and coordinate with subcontractors and the wider construction programme to achieve handover.

The role requires programme and project management excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and robust commercial/contractual awareness. Experience on MOD/MOJ projects is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Senior MEP professional with proven large-scale delivery experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge.
• Excellent programme and project management awareness.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Commercial and contractual awareness; client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the MEP delivery strategy and drive the project to handover.
• Lead mechanical and electrical project teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate MEP works with the wider construction programme.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Manage subcontractor performance and client/stakeholder relations.
• Ensure quality, health & safety and contractual compliance.
