Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong M&E background to deliver major commercial projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands. You will lead large-scale ventures from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety are at the forefront.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, warehouse or logistics schemes with robust M&E

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in construction.
• Strong M&E/building services background.
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics or warehouse projects.
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex M&E packages.
• Strong understanding of programmes, budgets and project controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• SMSTS, CSCS or a recognised project management qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Manage M&E packages and coordinate with the wider programme.
• Oversee programme, budget, quality and project performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Collaborate with client and stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Identify and manage risks, variations and commercial issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and compliant.
• Drive project meetings, reporting and progress updates.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and close-out.
