Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major industrial and logistics schemes across the Midlands. You will own project delivery, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a proven track record in complex construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a senior, client-facing position with significant responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent project and programme management skills.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

• Relevant construction or project management qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major industrial and logistics projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and resources.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Oversee pre-construction through to project handover and closure.
• Provide robust project reporting and governance.
• Drive programme delivery, cost control, quality and safety performance.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure clear communication.
