Job summary

Develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a complex DevSecOps platform in a public-sector context. You will partner with engineering, security, architecture and product teams to move the platform from pilot to scale and adoption, with strong delivery governance.

You'll manage milestones, dependencies and risks across a phased transformation, run workshops, align stakeholders and track adoption and KPIs to ensure successful transition to a scalable internal service.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager in technology, digital, cloud or transformation.
• Strong understanding of delivery environments and governance.
• Active SC clearance is advantageous and essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate engineering, security, architecture and business teams.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Run workshops, governance and delivery reviews with stakeholders.
• Track adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Transition pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
