Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise DevSecOps platform within a UK public-sector transformation. This outside IR35 contract offers UK remote work and requires Active SC clearance.

You'll partner with engineering, DevSecOps, architecture, security and product teams to move a technically complex platform from pilot to scale, governing milestones, risks and dependencies while driving adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager with technology, digital, software, cloud, infrastructure or transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• DevSecOps / platform knowledge to understand dependencies and delivery risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Strong governance and risk management skills.
• Experience delivering within government, defence or national security environments is advantageous.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinating engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Leading workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.
• Working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Tracking adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Supporting transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
