Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise DevSecOps platform for a major UK public-sector transformation.

You will work closely with engineering, security, architecture and product teams to move the platform from pilot to scale while maintaining governance and delivery discipline. This is a remote UK contract with Outside IR35 and requires active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager experience in technology or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• DevSecOps/platform knowledge to understand dependencies and risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Active SC clearance is essential.
• Experience with government/defence environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Track adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Support transition from pilot to scalable internal platform service.
