Job summary

Senior Project Manager to join a major UK public‑sector technology transformation, delivering an enterprise DevSecOps platform from pilot to scale.

You will sit with engineering, DevSecOps, architecture, security and product teams, providing delivery leadership to move complex platform initiatives forward under governance, milestones and KPI tracking. Close collaboration with sponsors and delivery partners to ensure benefits realization and smooth transition to a scalable service.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager experience in technology, digital, software, cloud, infrastructure or transformation.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• DevSecOps / platform knowledge to understand dependencies and risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder, governance and risk management skills.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinating engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Leading workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.
• Working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Tracking adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Supporting transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
