Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a DevSecOps platform for a UK public-sector technology transformation. You will work closely with engineering, security, architecture and product teams to move a complex platform from pilot to scale and adoption.

The role requires strong delivery leadership in technically challenging environments, active SC clearance, and experience with Agile or hybrid delivery across government or defence sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, digital, software, cloud, infrastructure or transformation.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• DevSecOps/platform knowledge to understand dependencies and risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Strong governance and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinating engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Leading workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.
• Working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Tracking adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Supporting transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
