Job summary

develop seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a complex DevSecOps platform for a UK public-sector transformation. You will work closely with engineering, security, architecture and product teams to move from pilot to scale and adoption across multiple workstreams.

This contract offers UK remote working, Outside IR35, and requires Active SC clearance. You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks and governance, and report on adoption and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager experience in tech, digital, software, cloud, or transformation.
• Strong delivery in technically complex environments with dependencies.
• DevSecOps/platform knowledge to understand delivery risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder, governance and risk management skills.
• Experience in government, defence or national security is advantageous.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinating engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
• Leading workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.
• Working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Tracking adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Supporting transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
