Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Sponsor / Project Manager to drive major defence infrastructure delivery at HMNB Devonport, Plymouth, with three days on site. You will manage requirements, governance and stakeholder engagement across a multi-partner programme to achieve PCT objectives.

The role requires a strong infrastructure delivery background, complex project experience, and the ability to work with approvals authorities and government departments.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure delivery background.
• Good understanding of requirements management.
• Complex product/project delivery experience.
• Experience working with approvals authorities and government departments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and requirements across the lifecycle.
• Identify and align internal/external stakeholders and SMEs.
• Provide governance and enable timely decision-making and control.
• Report performance to leadership for assurance and support.
• Support Project Manager with constructive challenge and resourcing.
