Senior Project Procurement Specialist at Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth, UK. You will lead development of high-value procurement frameworks and commercial strategies across major infrastructure and engineering programmes, ensuring safety, efficiency and sustainability in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage end-to-end procurement, shape supply chain strategies, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver value-for-money outcomes while maintaining SC clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic procurement within infrastructure, defence or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience designing and delivering multi-supplier and multi-lot framework agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of Engineering and Construction Contract, Professional Services Contract and Term Service Contract forms.
• Experience managing high-value complex procurements at portfolio level or exceeding £100 million in value.
• Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop effective supply chain partnerships.
