Job summary

Babcock International invites applications for a Project Manager at its Devonport site, Plymouth. Qualifications

• Essential experience delivering complex projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Experience applying organisational policies, procedures and project controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Health and safety training such as IOSH or NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating pre-construction and construction teams to achieve project objectives safely and effectively.
• Driving a strong safety, security and environmental culture across project activities.
• Managing project schedules, performance reporting, budgets and construction delivery activities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, environmental and project governance requirements.
