Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience at Senior Product Manager level in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Strong experience owning customer acquisition, lead generation, growth or early ecommerce funnel.
• Deep experience using customer behaviour, funnel analytics, experimentation and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for a new digital product domain focused on customer acquisition and ecommerce conversion.
• Identify opportunities to widen the acquisition funnel and improve engagement toward purchase.
• Improve product discovery and selection to aid considered purchases.
• Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams across acquisition channels, linking marketing to onsite journey.
• Use analytics and experiments to understand drop-off points and validate improvements.
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests; decide what to scale, iterate or stop.
• Work with Engineering, UX and BI to define problems and measure impact.
• Balance customer value, commercial opportunity and technical complexity in prioritisation.
• Define clear success metrics and demonstrate commercial impact of initiatives.
