Job summary

Novacyt Group is seeking a commercially minded digital growth leader to scale customer acquisition, e‑commerce, data, automation and AI across our portfolio. You will transform customer insight into scalable growth programmes that drive pipeline and revenue, coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital growth and demand generation.
• Experience designing lifecycle campaigns and automated lead nurturing.
• Experience improving ecommerce conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition: develop digital demand generation and account-based marketing programmes that attract priority customers, improve conversion and generate qualified pipeline.
• Grow customer value: use customer behaviour data to build segments, reactivate dormant customers and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Accelerate e-commerce: increase qualified traffic, improve website/conversion, reduce basket abandonment and grow AOV and repeat purchases.
• Build automated customer journeys: lead-nurturing, onboarding, retention and reactivation programmes; improve lead scoring and progression to sales-qualified.
• Turn data into action: own growth dashboards and funnel reporting, measure attribution, ROI, CAC, CLV and pipeline velocity.
• Lead AI-enabled growth: develop our AI marketing roadmap and implement workflows that improve segmentation and personalisation.
• Test and optimise: run experiments across campaigns and journeys; use results to prioritise investment.
