TechByte Talent Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for Ecommerce and Growth to own growth across the ecommerce site and purchase journey. You will collaborate daily with marketing and web teams to turn traffic into paying customers.

The role focuses on owning conversion, running structured testing, and driving evidence-based prioritisation across marketing, design, and engineering to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in an ecommerce or web-led digital business.
• Measurably improving conversion, with numbers you can talk through.
• Confidence with analytics and funnel analysis, using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar or similar.
• Hands-on experience of A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ability to prioritise between competing stakeholders and explain your reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Owning conversion across the website, landing pages and checkout
• Using funnel data, analytics and user research to find out where customers drop off and why
• Running a structured testing programme, and measuring the results properly rather than relying on opinion
• Taking ideas from marketing, SEO, design, engineering and commercial teams and deciding what the team works on, based on evidence and likely impact
• Working with engineering and design to ship improvements quickly
• Reporting results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
