Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Oxford to lead major public and private sector projects from feasibility to construction, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery and client management.

The candidate will drive project programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor risk and report on progress, while developing junior PMs and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects within a construction consultancy.
• Proven NHS, higher education, education, hotel or residential project delivery.
• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or progress toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through construction and completion.
• Run client and consultant meetings; manage programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; monitor risk and progress.
• Prepare reports and ensure cost, quality and programme objectives are met.
• Support development of junior Project Managers and maintain client relationships.
