The successful candidate will lead project delivery from inception to completion, oversee commercial performance and mentor the regional PM team, while shaping strategy and expanding the consultancy's Bristol footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience at director/senior leadership level in a construction consultancy.
• Degree in PM/Construction Management or QS or related field.
• MRICS / MAPM / ChPP or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven track record leading complex projects and major client accounts.
• Strong business development and work-winning experience.
• Excellent commercial awareness and fee management skills.
• Experience building and developing Project Management teams.
• Strong client-facing, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from early stages through to completion.
• Maintain oversight of commercial performance, client satisfaction and team development.
• Manage senior client relationships and major commissions.
• Support business development and regional strategy.
• Mentor junior and senior colleagues and contribute to regional growth.
• Influence strategy and strengthen Bristol/South West presence.
