Kody is a high-growth FinTech delivering payment solutions to hospitality and retail. We seek a Product Compliance Manager to bridge regulatory requirements with product design across UK/European and Hong Kong markets.

You will champion Compliance-by-Design, work with product, engineering, and commercial teams to create compliant user journeys for POS, Open Banking, and cross-border settlement rails. Strong regulatory knowledge and cross-border experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years in Product Compliance, RegTech, or Compliance Engineering in FinTech or PSP.
• Ability to translate regulatory mandates into technical user stories and UX requirements.
• Experience with UK FCA, PSD2/SCA, HKMA guidelines, and cross-border payments.

Aufgaben

• Act as compliance partner to Product and Engineering from ideation to deployment.
• Translate mandates into API designs and UX requirements.
• Design KYB/CDD onboarding journeys with onboarding tooling.
• Ensure PCI-DSS and security expectations for hardware POS.
• Oversee cross-border compliance for Europe and Hong Kong.
