Job summary

Ignite Talent Group Ltd in Central London seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver a £30m listed building hotel conversion. Initially 4 weeks in preconstruction, then 100% site-based for the remainder, coordinating demolition, steelwork, M&E, roofing, fitout and heritage restoration to tight costs and schedule.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage stakeholders, chair meetings and ensure safety, quality and on-time handover to the Construction Director for a high-end luxury project.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering £20m-£30m+ projects.
• Experience in hotel construction/conversion or heritage refurbishments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and chair meetings.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of drawings, programming, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery, programme, quality and budget.
• Lead site team and coordinate contractors and trades.
• Ensure works meet safety standards and deadlines.
• Manage logistics in a constrained Central London environment.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Construction Director.
