Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our London team, delivering high-profile hotel conversions, residential and mixed-use schemes with leading developers. You will guide research, planning and governance, coordinating with clients, contractors and design teams on complex projects.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale London projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and producing robust project plans, progress reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with experience on large sites in London
• Experience delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
• Experience on projects of £20m++

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and bench marking
• Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
• Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators; track and document changes
• Prepare written project communication materials
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports
• Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes, etc
