Job summary

Ignis Partners is recruiting a Senior Technologist for our London studio to lead technical delivery from brief through construction on heritage refurbishment projects. You will manage on-site projects, delegate to junior staff, and ensure design coordination across architectural and engineering teams.

The role requires strong Revit skills, experience with large-scale schemes, and the ability to oversee complex, multi-project delivery while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale projects (£20m+).
• Refurbishment/retrofit experience, ideally on heritage buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage a small internal team under regional director.
• Develop proposals through technical delivery stages from brief to construction.
• Coordinate the design team and consultants for project delivery.
• Manage client relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor fees and invoicing on live projects and contribute to winning new work.
