Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury hotel projects in central London. You will oversee design, procurement, construction and handover, coordinating architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and hotel packages to deliver high-end finishes.

The role involves managing client relations, project meetings and risk, with opportunities to lead large-scale developments valued at £100m+ as the pipeline expands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering luxury, five-star or high-end hospitality projects.
• Consultancy project management experience or strong client-side background.
• Experience across design and construction stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage programme, risk, change and reporting.
• Act as a key client contact and lead project meetings.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure momentum through delivery.
• Manage hotel interfaces including guestrooms, public areas, FF&E and finishes.
• Support snagging, commissioning, handover and close-out.
• Take ownership of major projects as pipelines grow.
• Mentor junior team members.
