360 Recruitment is helping to appoint a Project Manager for a high-profile heritage refurbishment project in Central London. You will lead the delivery of a £15m refurbishment and building services upgrade in a prestigious, occupied building, coordinating M&E upgrades, sprinkler installation and extensive temporary works.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will drive programme, quality and safety in a live environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for a main contractor.
• Track record delivering refurbishment, M&E upgrades or complex building services projects.
• Experience working within occupied or live environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics planning and temporary works.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on prestigious projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Heritage, listed building or landmark project experience would be highly advantageous.

High Profile Heritage Refurbishment Project

An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious £15m refurbishment and building services upgrade project within one of London's most recognised heritage buildings.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging scheme involving the installation of a new sprinkler system, significant M&E upgrade works, and light refurbishment throughout an operational, high-profile building in Central London.

The project presents a unique blend of logistical complexity, stakeholder management and heritage constraints, requiring a confident Project Manager capable of driving programme, quality and safety standards in a live environment.

The Project

• £15m contract value

The Role

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from site mobilisation through to completion.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage specialist subcontractors and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards expected on such a prestigious scheme.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Heritage, listed building or landmark project experience would be highly advantageous
