Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Okta for AI Agents pillar to shape security capabilities for AI-driven workflows. You will own the strategy and roadmap for agent identity, permissions, and auditability, partnering with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver scalable features.

You will analyze AI trends, define deployment models for OAuth/OIDC extensions, and ensure a strong developer experience with SDKs and APIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise‑scale SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks or building products that leverage LLMs.
• Experience with developer‑centric products, such as building with SDKs, APIs, or no‑code/low‑code integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and applying it to automated workloads.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent‑specific capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality features on time.
• Define protocols and deployment models for extensions to OAuth/OIDC.
• Drive market awareness by tracking AI security standards and industry trends.
• Leverage product data to improve agent lifecycle management and adoption.
