Job summary

Kong Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for Agent Identity & Auth (EMEA) to own the messaging and go-to-market narrative for non-human agents across AI and API traffic. You will define authentication, authorization, and governance for agents and shape the market perspective.

You will lead technical field enablement, produce deep content, and support strategic deals with security and platform engineering buyers. A strong background in IAM or AI security is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering, ideally IAM or AI security.
• Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure and ability to discuss AI platforms credibly with engineers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
• Comfortable owning a stage for keynotes, analyst briefings, customer roundtables, and demos.
• Experience in open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise GTM is preferred.
• Familiarity with the AI connectivity landscape and related vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for agent identity and auth.
• Shape the category through thought leadership and market framing.
• Lead technical field enablement for Kong Solution Engineers and other technical roles.
• Produce deep technical content including demos, reference architectures, and whitepapers.
• Support strategic deals as a subject-matter expert for security and platform engineering buyers.
• Fuel launches and campaigns with technical positioning and demo assets.
• Partner with product management to inform roadmap framing and naming.
