Job summary

Kong seeks a Senior Technical PMM for Agent Identity & Auth to define how agents are authenticated, authorized, and trusted across autonomous systems. You will own positioning, create technical content, and enable multiple field teams while shaping the market.

The role focuses on translating complex concepts for both practitioners and C-suite buyers. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners, producing demos, whitepapers, and reference architectures to drive adoption of

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical concepts into crisp narratives.
• Experience with open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise go-to-market motions.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
• Lead keynote presentations, analyst briefings, and customer roundtables.
• 5+ years in product marketing, PMM, or solutions engineering in IAM/AI security.
• Knowledge of AI deployment, agentic frameworks, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Kong’s narrative for agent identity and auth across AI and API traffic.
• Define technical positioning and enablement for field teams.
• Produce demos, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
• Shape category narratives through blogs, talks, and industry engagement.
• Support strategic deals with subject-matter expertise on agent identity and security.
• Contribute to launches and campaigns with technical proof points.
