TGW Northern Europe seeks an experienced controls engineer to lead retrofit projects across northern Europe. You will work with the controls project manager to develop and provide control system functions for material handling equipment.

You will design electro-mechanical layouts, develop PLC/HMI code (Siemens S7, TIA Portal), test and document changes, and support commissioning with knowledge transfer to the team. Training will be provided for SYEC/HWEC tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Design and develop PLC code using Siemens S7 (300/400) and TIA Portal.
Produce detailed design documentation from TGW requirements.
Extensive commissioning and testing in an industrial setting.

Responsabilités

Understand design requirements and produce concept designs for material handling machines.
Collaborate with Sales, LTS, Realisation and System Integration teams on designs.
Create functional electro-mechanical layouts and electrical panels; introduce new technologies.
Define interface points with Warehouse Management System teams.
Develop PLC/HMI code and emulate/test it; document changes for commissioning.
