Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Senior Platform Owner to lead the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), spanning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will define the multi-year vision, drive automation, and work across Security, Data and Experience teams to deliver a scalable, secure engineering foundation for Homes, Money and Membership journeys.

You will partner with Value Streams and senior stakeholders to ensure CEP delivers measurable value, improves customer and colleague experiences,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise CRM and platform ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable platform roadmaps.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and vendor/supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year CEP platform strategy (Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, automated changes with security and compliance in mind.
• Govern platform contracts, licensing decisions and budgets to maximise value.
• Partner with Security, Data, Architecture, and Operations to ensure resilient, scalable engineering foundations.
• Embed colleague- and member-centric designs across CRM, case management and workflow tooling.
