Job summary

Centry Services seeks a senior ERP platform leader to drive the move from Legacy NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Pickfords. In the first year you will architect, deliver, and hands-on build the group chart of accounts, migration strategy, data loads and go-lives, then own the platform and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle BC implementations led from finance side.
• Strong NAV/C/AL background with BC SaaS experience.
• Data migration ownership from legacy extraction to reconciled openings.
• Deep BC finance configuration: posting groups, dimensions, journals.
• API/OData integrations to non-Microsoft systems.
• Hands-on AL development and production deployment guidance.
• Power BI reporting and BC data model understanding.
• Post go-live platform run, upgrades and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture across chart of accounts and intercompany design.
• Lead migration strategy and end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Design interim bridge from Legacy NAV to BC during coexistence.
• Lead hands-on configuration, data loads, testing, and cutover.
• Define integration layer and development standards for BC.
• Coordinate with finance superusers for process design at scope boundary.
• Run cutovers, provide hypercare, and coach the team.
• Manage partner relationships and internal BC team delivery.
