Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise system/solution architecture, presales, or IT consulting.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI reasoning.
• Strong RESTful API, data modeling, and MCP configurations.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical strategist, guiding enterprise customers with Zendesk Resolution Platform.
• Lead POCs and technical discovery to drive bookings and retention.
• Demonstrate Zendesk headless capabilities and integrate with external apps.
