Job summary

This senior Engineering opportunity in Coleraine requires a process and project engineer to maintain and optimise existing processes, equipment and control systems. You will oversee process implementation projects with minimal disruption to production and design, trial and scale up products from development to commercialization.

The role demands a degree in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, strong CAPEX project management and the ability to read CAD drawings.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, with emphasis on process design.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or similar industry.
• Proven experience managing large CAPEX engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general process implementation projects – with minimum disruption to production.
• Design, trial and implement new processes and manage scale-up from development through commercialization.
• Ensure infrastructure and equipment meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead and collaborate in troubleshooting to optimize production quality, throughput and cost/safety.
