Browne is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Coordinator to drive the hire and off-hire of plant and equipment across our projects. You will partner with project teams, operational managers and suppliers to maximise utilisation, control costs and ensure safe, on-time delivery of plant resources.

You will support project mobilisation, monitor supplier performance and maintain compliance records, including servicing and LOLER requirements. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in plant hire, coordination, logistics or asset management.
• Familiar with plant and equipment used in utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating plant requirements across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of supplier management, performance monitoring, and cost control.
• LOLER compliance knowledge and documentation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; good communication.
